Moss Allison Therapy
Expert Therapeutic Support & Accompaniment
My Approach
I collaborate with clients and work alongside them. Each will have heir own goals: to understand their feelings and experiences and move towards a different place. key to this process is offering a space in which vulnerability and possibility are welcomed.
My work is supported by rigorous professional and theoretical learning and I use simple resonant language and approaches which are relevant to specific client needs. My hope is to bring an open mind, listening, compassion, care, roundedness and humour to the client’s process of psychological work.
I received my MA in Integrative Art Psychotherapy from The Institute For Arts In Therapy And Education and I have a dual qualification as an Integrative Psychotherapist and an HCPC Registered Art Therapist. My work brings together Relational Psychodynamic theory with a Humanistic approach and is also informed by my own practice as an artist. Clients are welcome to use the arts as part of their process but are equally welcome to simply talk.
I am experienced in working with clients who need support with:
